职位描述：
Requirements
1) Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering in industrial consumer and/or telecom, etc.  related industries with 8+ years
of experience;
2) Strong product design experience and analytical skills in sheet metal, die casting and plastic design, tooling design experience preferred;
3) Product architecture experience including high level thermal analysis, EMC/ESD compliance, structural and vibration design and interconnect
technologies;
4) Solid understanding and experience in integrated mechanical-thermal-electrical design approach;
Strong knowledge of product and safety standards for mechanical design in industrial/consumer, telecom industries;
5) Good communication skills in both written and spoken English;
6) 2D and 3D drawing, solid modeling skills. Pro Engineer preferred;
7) Analysis tool skill. Pro Mechanica and/or Ansys preferred;
8) Working knowledge of electrical cabling assemblies and design requirements;
9) Working experience on DFX;
10) Knowledge of design process and documents input/output and project management;
11) Working location is in Shanghai


Responsibilities
1)    Lead projects from proposal to manufacturing. Architecture level design, concept design, technical definition, schedule arrangement,
assign and direct team members, design review, project tracking, detail design, etc.
2)    New technology introduction.
3)    Act as a mentor for junior engineers
4)    Interfacing with overseas counterparts, domestic and overseas suppliers, manufacturing and other internal departments.
5)    Interfacing with domestic and overseas customers.
