招聘：上海外资汽车零部件公司招聘CFD工程师

【 RESPONSIBILITIES】

1.        Identify the CAE need from diverse product lines (heat exchanger, intercooler, EGR cooler, oil cooler, etc).
2.        Create fluid domain models consistent with CAD geometry according to VALEO methodologies; CAD model clean-up for meshing.
3.        Analyze part / product design, using CAE software, to mesh, set boundary conditions, calculate model, etc.
4.        Generate technical reports and present to internal and external customers.
5.        Develop product design proposals to meet customer specifications and test requirements.
6.        Support Product Development Cycle and APQP (DFMEA, etc.).
7.        Develop the CAE methodologies for diverse products and develop the CAE capability.
8.        Other duties as assigned.


【 REQUIREMENTS】        

1.        Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced Degree will be a plus.
2.        Preferred to have product knowledge of thermal system, especially of heat exchangers (radiators, condensers, intercoolers, etc).
3.        Preferred to have working experience in an automotive company.
4.        Min 3 years of CFD experience is required; prior experience with heat exchangers, HVAC, engine cooling, etc.
5.        Familiar with 3D CAD software; with CATIA V5 will be a plus.
6.        Familiar with at least one of the CAE software of Fluent, Star-CD/CCM+ and Ansys.
7.        Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
8.        Familiar with MS-Office.

做这个不用fluent一类的软体是不行啊。

哪个VALEO是不是法雷奥
