Technical Manager MA (Management Associate) Job Description（TM）
1. Co-work with sales team to explore new business opportunities.（能與業務團隊合作進行新生意拓展）
2. Get familiar with various manufacturing processes and technologies to build up field knowledge to ease technical consultancy work.（學習不同生產製程與技術增加技術諮商能力）
3. Learn to provide technical consultancy to the customers and give professional suggestions, ideas, or comments during design early stage.（學習技術諮商技巧，以利在設計初期提供客戶專業回饋。）
4. Produce 2D/3D drawings to customers based on customers’ requirements.（依據客戶需要提供2D/3D圖面）
5. Special assignment execution ordered by TM leader.（完成TM主管交付之任務）
6. Travel on demand when necessary to the customers, factories or suppliers.（配合至客戶處、工廠或供應商處出差）
Candidate Profile
1. Good at AutoCAD, ProE and capable of generating 2D/3D drawings per request.（熟AutoCAD、ProE等繪圖軟體，並能依據要求產出2D/3D圖面。
2. Good at thermal simulation software(i.e. Flotherm or Icepak) and capable of building simulation models per request.（熟CFD軟體，如Flotherm, Icepak，並能依據要求產出模擬模型與初步設計定案）
3. Min. 3-year experience in thermal design filed is preferable.（至少三年在散熱設計領域之經驗為佳）
4. Experience in telecom equipment line or LED line is a PLUS.（在電信設備產業或LED產業之經驗為佳）
5. Good command in English - reading, writing, and verbal.（英語說讀寫能力佳，4级以上）
6. High mobility.（高機動性，可配合隨時出差）
7. Respect and able to work with teamwork spirit.（具有團隊合作精神，且能與他人團隊合作）
8. Good at interaction and communication with people.（善於與人互動及溝通）
9. Proactiveness in issue handling.（在問題處理上有積極主動性）
