? 协助航空发动机燃烧室副总设计师制定燃烧室传热专业方向的设计技术方案和计划；
? 负责传热专业的分析、设计项目的推进，监控技术状态和设计质量，审查并签发相关设计方案，管控项目供应商技术状态；；
? 负责制定传热专业的设计流程、标准和规范等体系建设，制定人员设计能力培养、评估、考核方案及实施计划；
? 负责审定并签发传热专业的接口及技术文件、主要接口参数和设计任务书；协调解决设计、审查、测试、试制、生产过程中的技术问题；
职位要求：
? 10年以上燃烧室传热与冷却设计经验，具备航空发动机燃烧室研制经验者优先；
? 本科及以上学历，硕士及以上学历优先；
? 具有撰写工作总结报告、工作汇报的能力，善于协调，并善于沟通表达，能熟练阅读本专业英文资料，有一定的英语口语交流能力，能较好地理解英文技术讲座和报告；
? 具备指导、带领团队开展工作的能力，有优良的沟通能力，有项目管理或团队管理经验者优先。
