自然散热测试时间多长为宜

请问常温下单板的自然散热测试持续时长是否有标准呢？
上次好像有看到说根据单板的功耗来定测试时间，不知道大家进行测试时是采用什么标准呢？

国标规定，温度稳定指的是在环境温度一定的情况下，每小时温度变化小于2℃。

一般被动散热半个小时就差不多可以稳定
一般测试是2小时比较好

我的自然散热测试2小时的时候温度稳定了记录了一组，结果四小时的时候发现温度也是稳定的，但是降了5-9℃不等，环境温度和条件都没变。这个是正常的么？听说一般散热测试3小时左右才稳定，测试时长4小时比较好，为什么温度升上去了两三个小时才降下来
