?        B.S. or Equivalent in mechanical Engineering.
?        5+ years experience with mechanical design.
?        Skillful with Pro/Engineer for modeling.
?        Good experiences with sheet metal, die casting, injection plastic, cable and connectors design.
?        Good sense of material cost and manufactures process.
?        Understand sheet metal process and common equipments.
?        Good understanding of telecom industry standard and key testing criteria.
?        Sensitive for new material and finish treatment knowledge and application.
?        Understanding of industry design for telecom equipment is a plus.
?        Experience with Icepak and Flowthom for simulation.
?        Design and perform thermal testing, implement test report.
?        Deal with board level, shelf level thermal design, cabinet level design experiences is a plus

?        Strong English language communication skills.
