标题: Intermetallic material properties!
现在想知道 Au-Si, Au-Ag, Au-Cu, Ag-Cu这几种典型的共金层的材料属性，包括机械的（E,@,），热力学(CTE)的等，不知道那位仁兄知道或者告诉点相关信息！

Here I have the Au-Si eutectic material parameter as the style of Ansys But I don't know where it comes from and how to get it(experiment or other way)?

据我所做过的一些例子,发现:

高分子材料通常没有泊松比,只有CTE和MODULE.
Epoxy通常也没有泊松比,有的没有MODULE
Die Coating通常只有CTE这一个参数.

没办法了,在目前的计算方法下是没办法计算了,只能靠基础理论的完善了.
