电子器件用热管散热器及其性能分析

摘 要: 随着电子元件工作频率和集成度不断提高,其散热量也在急剧增加,传统散热器在散热能力上已很难满足要求,这将严重影响设备运行的稳定性。本文通过分析热管的工作原理,建立了将热管应用于散热器的传热模型,分析了热管散热器与传统散热器在散热能力和安装、布置、运行等方面上的优势,认为新型热管散热器具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract: As the working frequency and the integration degree of electronic devices keep increasing, their heat productivity
increases rapidly. The traditional radiator is hard to cool the device as required, and it will cause bad influence on the steady
of the device. Based on the analysis of heat tube working principle, this paper built the heat transfer model of heat tube radiators and analyzed the differences between traditional radiators and heat tube radiators in heat-sinking capability. The
advantages of heat tube radiators in heat-sinking capability, setting up, layout and operating are educed.
