标题: LED散热
LED有用风扇冷却的么？今天突然有人让我做LED加风扇的冷却，把我给雷倒了，请问有没有人做过类似的分析？

I think it depends on the power dissipation of LED - if it's above 15W, and the passive heat sink/heat conduction resistance is around 3K/W, then the junction temperature will be close to its limit, so it probably will require active cooling solutions - just my 2 cents.

我做过.
当自然对流无法解决的时候,风冷就成为必然的选择.
不过对LED防水防尘的要求也会相应增加.
很多用风冷的方案,多是用在室内或者是舞台灯之类的.

不管是LED還是其他什么發熱元件
功率對于自然散熱面積到了一定極限的時候就必然需要其他散熱方式
風冷水冷都是必需的
只是對于LED 普遍認知是自然對流散熱
但對于大功率之LED則不能考慮自然對流了

其它我想最主要的问题应该是寿命跟防尘的问题吧~~
